Logo Submission Requirements
We can accept logos set as tiff, jpeg, eps or Illustrator
files. If you are sending an Illustrator file, all fonts should
be converted to curves. Please e-mail files to artwork@greatlakescalendars.com.
Laser print copies are acceptable if printed at 300 dpi at
100% to size on smooth, white paper. Avoid bends or tears
in artwork by placing between two pieces of cardboard for
protection during mailing.
Using Your Photography or Artwork?
We accept digital images or scans. To ensure a quality product,
scans should be sized to 5"W x 3-1/4"H at 300 dpi
or better (includes bleeds). Scans should be produced on a
drum scanner. If the scans you are considering are digital,
our creative department will evaluate image quality before
accepting the order. Quotes for scanning and image adjustments
available upon request.
Fonts
Standard fonts include Eras Medium, Frutiger Bold, Garamond,
Helvetica, Times and Souvenir Italic. |

Standard Personalization
The standard cover page includes one of our landscape photos,
your four-color logo and up to six lines of text. Calendar
pages include your four-color logo and one caption (can be
different for each month).
Customized Cover Page
The cover page can be customized with any photos, graphics,
logos or type.
Size: If you are submitting camera-ready artwork for the cover
page, the final trim size is 4-21/32"W x 5-13/32"H.
Add 1/4" to all sides if adding bleeds. Please allow
for a visual break 1/2" from the bottom of the page.
Color
If previously printed files are being used, please leave in
CMYK colorspace. Otherwise, files may remain in native RGB
format. |
